Tabbouleh Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulghur wheat
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. mint
    1 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. green onions
    chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in bowl; cover and let stand 1 hour.
    Combine the next 6 ingredients; add to bulghur mixture. Serve with the chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers.
