Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco.
Mix beaten egg, vinegar and water.
Add to first mixture.
Refrigerate overnight in wax paper before using.
Makes 3 (10-inch) shells.
