Hughes' Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of cayenne red pepper
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
Preparation
    Saute peppers and celery in margarine until tender.
    Stir in seasonings.
    Beat egg and mayonnaise together in large bowl.
    Stir in vegetables and gently add crabmeat.
    Spread into pie plate. Spread a little mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Then broil 3 minutes.
