Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    popped corn
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, molasses, vinegar, water and butter until hard crack in cold water.
    Take off heat.
    Add the vanilla.
    Stir in the soda.
    Beat until foamy, then pour over corn and stir.
