Pork Chop Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry lima beans
    4 c. boiling water
    salt to taste
    4 pork chops
    pepper
    2 slices onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Soak and cook limas until nearly done (tender).
    Salt and brown chops on both sides.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Drain cooked limas and add to chops.
    Cover with onion slices.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over all.
    Sprinkle with seeds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, at least one hour or until chops are tender.
