Parmesan Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish fillets (haddock, cod or sole)
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 stick melted butter
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine flour, onion powder, salt, pepper and dill weed.
Dredge fillets in mixture.
Coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Place fish in baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over fish, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake approximately 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
