Ingredients

1/2 lb oreo cookies
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz cream cheese
1 c conf. sugar
3 1/2 c milk
2 pkg vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
12 oz cool whip

Mix the milk, pudding and cool whip together.
