Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe spice cake mix
1 c. quick cooking oats (not instant or old fashioned)
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil or Crisco Puritan oil
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease baking sheets.
Combine cake mix, oats, eggs and oil in large bowl; beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute on baking sheet.
Remove to cooling rack.
