Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. scalded milk or potato water (lukewarm)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water or milk.
    Add sugar and salt. Beat egg slightly.
    Melt margarine. Mix both into milk mixture. Add flour to mixture until it won't beat anymore.
    Knead in remaining flour.
    Put in greased bowl, cover and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Shape into any type of roll. Let rise to double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or lightly browned.
