Seashells In The Sunset - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. tiny seashell macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/3 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 cans salmon, drained
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until el dente.
    Saute onion in 1/4 c. butter and add flour.
    Add milk and continue to stir until mixture comes to a slow boil and thickens.
    Season with pepper.
    Add cheese, salmon and parsley.
    Add macaroni and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt 2 Tbsp. butter, toss with breadcrumbs and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
