Oklahoma Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
Let chicken marinate for 1 hour.
Drain chicken, saving marinade.
Place chicken, skin side up, over charcoal or in a broiler pan 8 inches from heat. Brush on marinade every 15 minutes.
Broil 20 to 25 minutes on each side or grill until chicken is tender and brown.
