No-Oil Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. fresh basil, packed
    1/2 c. spinach leaves
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 cloves garlic
    1/8 tsp. oregano or thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Place broth in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Place basil, spinach, cheese, garlic and oregano in a food processor or blender. Add hot broth and blend well, adding more broth to make a smooth paste-like sauce.
    Cook and drain pasta; immediately toss pesto sauce with pasta.
