Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans squash, drained, or 4 c. cooked squash
    1/2 c. minced onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix squash, onions, bread crumbs and mushroom soup.
    Beat egg and fold into mixture.
    Pour into greased 2-quart flat casserole dish.
    Spread cracker crumbs over top; dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
