Spicy Turkey Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) whole boneless turkey
    8 to 10 large cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. coarse kosher-style salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Lay turkey out flat as possible on a cutting board, placing skin side down.
    Combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt in food processor or bender.
    Begin processing and add oil gradually. Chop until just coarse.
