Sausage Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sausage
    15 green peppers, chopped *
    8 onions, chopped *
    1 lb. Provolone
    16 oz. spaghetti sauce
    garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil sausage until done.
    Slice sausage into quarter-size, then fry.
    Mix peppers and onions in skillet and saute until done.
    When all is cooked, put into lasagna pan in layers, example:
    sauce on bottom, then peppers, onions, layer of sausage, layer of cheese and repeat steps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
