"The Best" Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. hash browns (don't thaw)
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix together good the hash browns, soups, onion, green pepper and grated cheese.
    Mix together and put in a greased glass 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Sprinkle parsley and paprika on top when done.
