Meal In One For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. onion, sliced
    1/3 c. pepper, sliced
    1/2 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
    1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in butter until tender-crisp. Add salt, pepper sauce, lemon juice, rice and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. Stir in mayonnaise. Serve topped with corn chips. Makes 2 servings.
