Beef And Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
    1 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Brown onion and meat in large skillet; drain off fat.
    Add grated cheese.
    Heat soup, milk and Velveeta cheese until cheese is melted.
    Add chilies and pimientos.
    Set aside.
