Seafood Tartlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 loaves thin sliced bread
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and rinsed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Tart Shells:
Roll each slice of bread 1/4-inch thick.
Use a daisy cookie cutter to cut out tarts.
Lightly brush each tart with oleo.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown.
