Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen California mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
    1/2 c. American cheese, grated
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Blend soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables, spreading mixture evenly in casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine butter, corn flakes and parsley flakes and put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
