Summer Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    4 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 c. vinegar
    4 (4 oz. each) tomato paste
    4 c. chopped onions
    6 (1/2 c.) jalapenos
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Preparation
    In hot water bath submerge tomatoes in boiling water to loosen skins.
    Remove and discard skins.
    Chop all vegetables into small, bite-size pieces.
    Simmer in large pot for 10 minutes.
    Put in warm jars with lids.
    Place in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
