Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bunches broccoli
    2 lb. ham, cubed
    2 medium onions
    1 pt. cream
    1 gal. chicken stock
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine chopped broccoli with chicken stock and boil until tender.
    In saucepan, saute ham and onions until onions are transparent.
    Add ham and onions to soup.
