Teresa'S Buttermilk Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Mix with buttermilk and sugar.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Add butter and eggs.
    Add 4 cups flour, soda and salt; beat well.
    Then add remaining flour.
    Knead well.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and shape into rolls. Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
