Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 (8 oz.) jar Zesty Italian dressing
    1 small can chopped green chilies or 2 or 3 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
