Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini, diced
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped parsley or 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
    salt
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, diced
    butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dice zucchini and cook in salted water until tender.
    Drain and let cool.
    Mix eggs, baking powder, flour, milk, parsley, chilies and cheese together.
    Fold in cooled zucchini.
