Pina Colada Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. reduced calorie instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 envelope whipped dessert topping mix
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
    2 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation
    Mix pudding, milk and whipped topping.
    Beat with electric mixer on low until moistened.
    Beat on high until thickened.
    Fold in undrained pineapple.
    Spoon pudding into dessert dishes. Sprinkle with coconut.
    Chill well.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Contains 100 calories per serving.
