Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 boneless, skinless breast per person
    sunflower oil
    Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
    dash of pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Brush each chicken with sunflower oil.
    Dredge lightly in crushed stuffing mix.
    Season with pepper.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Turn; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until tender.
    Do not overbake.
