Easy Cheeseburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown chuck and onion; drain.
Spread in greased plate.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour over meat mixture and bake at 400\u00b0, about 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
