Soy And Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    desired amount of noodles or rice
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil for bottom of pan.
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of pan with cooking oil.
    Put in chicken. After chicken is cooked, add onion and green pepper.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt or until desired taste, then add 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    When finished cooking, serve over noodles or rice.
    Add more soy or lemon if desired.
    Serves 2.
