Sunday Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken and oil.
    Place about 1 cup mixture in bag.
    Shake a few pieces of chicken at a time to coat well.
    Put 1/4-inch oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Brown chicken on all sides, remove and put in large shallow baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
