Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1 small can pineapple, crushed and drained
3 c. grated carrots
1 to 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil well.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add all dry ingredients.
Fold in drained pineapple, carrots and nuts.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
