Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or spinach
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    2 eggs
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices smoked ham
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Drain and squeeze broccoli and spinach.
    Mix hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, catsup, milk, 2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
    Pat hamburger mixture into a rectangle (about 12 x 10-inches), on piece of plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
    Arrange broccoli on hamburger rectangle to within 1/2-inch of edges; arrange ham on top of broccoli.
    Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella on top of ham; sprinkle garlic salt on top of cheese.
    Roll up rectangle carefully, beginning at 10-inch side and using the plastic or foil wrap to lift.
    Press edges and ends of roll to seal.
