Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. imitation crabmeat
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    horseradish to taste
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Flake crabmeat into fine pieces.
    Add only enough sour cream to make it easily spreadable (add a little mayonnaise if you get it too thin).
    Put in small amount of horseradish, maybe 1 or 2 tablespoons.
    Sprinkle with chives.
    Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
    Remove and add more horseradish or chives or other seasoning, if needed.
