Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. maple flavored pancake syrup
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

On a baking sheet, combine butter, pecans, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and salt.
Spread in a single layer.
Roast at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Stir and roast 15 minutes more.
Cool.
