Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
4 Tbsp. butter
juice of 2 lemons
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cook in heavy saucepan over low heat until thicker and syrupy. Will keep in refrigerator 1 week. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
