Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn (undrained)
    1 can cream-style corn (undrained)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test for doneness as you would a cake.
    Sprinkle with small package of shredded Mozzarella cheese until melted.
