Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk and salt.
Slowly stir in 1 cup of flour until batter is smooth.
Put 1 teaspoon Crisco or oil in hot cast-iron frying pan. Pour batter in slowly, tilting pan to make a very thin pancake.
Put in oil before each pancake.
Makes 9 thin 8-inch pancakes.
