Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 slices bread, cubed or torn up
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 lb. diced ham or browned sausage
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Season each fillet with salt, pepper and season salt. Add 3 teaspoons margarine, sliced, over fish.
Place prepared fillet on foil and seal.
Place on pan in oven and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until fish flakes.
Open foil and broil a few minutes until golden.
