Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 oz. can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. water
    dash of pepper
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook onions, green peppers and butter until tender, then add the tomato sauce, chopped mushrooms, water, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve with fish or meat loaf.
