Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. milk
8 thin slices baked ham
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except ham together.
Spread on one ham slice at a time.
Roll up and fasten with toothpicks at 1/2-inch intervals.
Put in refrigerator to harden, then slice each rolled-up ham slice in 1/2-inch slices.
