Western Egg Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped fine green pepper
1 Tbsp. cheese
3 slices bacon, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Pour in milk; beat until mixed.
Add salt and pepper.
Saute onions and peppers until soft.
Heat fry pan; pour in egg mixture and milk.
Sprinkle in salt and black pepper.
Fry in bacon drippings until brown on both sides.
Make sure onions, green pepper, cheese and bacon is added before you fold over egg mixture.
Let stand 1 minute; then serve.
