Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast, mixed with 1/3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. plus 1 tsp. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and let rise until doubled in size.
    Knead.
    Make into rolls and let rise again.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light brown.
