5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed beef
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 box frozen peas or green beans
    6 whole carrots
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    generous grinding of black pepper
    pinch of thyme, rosemary and marjoram
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Put all ingredients in deep casserole.
    Cover tightly and bake 5 hours at 225\u00b0.
