Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. squash
    1 large onion
    1/2 stick butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion together until tender and then drain. Melt butter and pour into casserole dish.
    Mix together egg, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add drained squash.
    Add cracker crumbs, leaving enough to cover top.
    Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
