Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar, grated
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    olives for garnish
    Ritz or Wheat Thins
    1 tsp. Crisco canola oil
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Add all ingredients and thoroughly blend.
    Form into a ball.
    (If too runny, set in refrigerator for an hour.) Garnish with 1/2 olives on the top.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 15 to 20 people.
