Scalloped Eggs And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
10 to 12 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not browned.
Stir flour into onion mixture.
Add milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Continue cooking for 1 or 2 minutes longer.
Add cheeses and stir until melted.
