St. Patrick'S Green Velvet Cake(Gladys Starr'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. green cake coloring

Preparation

Beat eggs in mixer.
Add sugar, oil and vinegar, then blend well.
Sift flour and soda together and add to egg mixture alternately with flour.
Blend ingredients well, then add vanilla and cake coloring.
