Bootsie Porter'S Cinnamon Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cooking apples
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add combined ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Mix well after each addition.
Fold in apples.
Pour into greased and floured pan (or use Baker's Joy).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
