Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients, except corn and soda for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Remove and add soda; stir quickly.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Put in 2 large pans and bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring 2 to 3 times.
