Daddy'S Makin' Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil (more if you are not cholesterol conscious)
    1 large chicken egg
    2 tsp. mayonnaise (again depending on cholesterol)
    2 slices white bread
    1 thick slice homegrown tomato (if out of season, 1 thick slice onion)
Preparation
    Bring frying pan with oil to medium heat.
    Crack and add egg to pan, with shell, break yolk.
    Turn gently when egg slides intact onto spatula.
    Drain on paper towel, but do not dry oil from egg. Spread each slice of bread with one teaspoon mayonnaise.
    Add egg to bread.
    Add tomato, if in season; if not, 1 thick slice of onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy.
